The Greek Research Scholar Program gives Greek professors and researchers an opportunity to conduct research or lecture at an American educational institution in the United States. The booklet addresses Greek students and provides useful information regarding study in the United States.
The Fulbright Foundation in Greece was established in 1948 to award grants to Greek citizens to study, teach, lecture or conduct research in the United States and to U.S. citizens to study, teach, lecture or conduct research in Greece. The Foundation has offices in Athens and Thessaloniki. In Greece, the Fulbright Foundation has awarded more than 2,400 grants to Greek citizens and 1,300 grants to U.S. citizens.
